Photo donated to local charity auction

Sandra Friede, of Havre, Montana, was the winning bidder for my 16 x 24 print of my photo "Braving the Rain" at the charity auction to raise funds for Randy Terry's medical expenses.

I was approached last month by Darcy Terry, a receptionist at my dentist about donating a print for a charity auction to raise funds for her father, Randy Terry, of Havre, Montana. Randy was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer, and is often the case, insurance doesn't cover everything.

I donated a 16 x 24 print of my cowboy photos Braving the Rain. It was the same photo that won an international photography award this summer. Ben Franklin in Havre graciously donated a frame. Sandra Friede, of Havre, was the high bidder at the auction, which took place a few weeks ago. Her bid of $425.00 was enough to take home the print. Congratulations Sandra! And congratulations Randy. I hope the funds that were raised will go a long way to pay some bills and hope you get better soon.
